Ordering Information:
In order to make it easier for you to spend your hard earned money with CF, we are now able to accept credit card orders (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover only). For your convenience, you have five options:
1. You may proceed to our CF Publications Online site. Through this site, you will receive your stories instantly via an auto download process. This site accepts Visa, Master Card, and checks, but NOT Discover or Amercian Express. Most of the stories in our catalog are available there, but not the longer novels or magazine subscriptions. Please note: This site is run in conjunction with ABCD Webmasters, owners of Bethany's Woodshed and other fine spanking sites. CF stories ordered from this site will bill to your credit card as ABCD Webmasters NOT CF Publications.
If you prefer to receive your stories through the mail, use one of the options below.
2. Simply fill in the appropriate sections on the order form and mail it with your payment to CF Publications (please be sure to sign where indicated).
3. Do as in 2), but fax the sheet to (516) 689-6755. If you are trying to fax an order and you get a voice message, please push the * button on your phone to begin the fax.
4. Call (516) 689-6743 and leave your order with the friendly machine. In this case, you should leave your name, address, name of credit card, credit card number, expiration date, and items you wish to order. Please speak slowly and clearly.
5. You may also e-mail your order to CFPUB@IX.NETCOM.COM. Please note that it is not considered safe to send credit card numbers via the Internet. If I already have your credit card number, you may order by E-mail. If I do not have your credit card, please call and put that on the phone machine or fax it.
