We know you value our discretion in mailing your orders in plain envelopes with only CF’s return address and your address on them, through the United States Postal Service. We will NEVER reveal our customer list to anyone. You can purchase stories and books from us with our assurance that your privacy will be our first priority.Information Security
At CF Publications, we maintain all records containing information necessary for our business in secure ways. You can purchase stories and books from us using your credit card information, and be sure that your information is safe with us.- Use of credit cards and PayPal™ accounts to purchase stories and books through our website is protected by security programs. If you order through the website, your information will be discarded after your order is processed.
- If you email your order, we recommend that you email your credit card information separately, and that you break up the card number, the card’s expiration date, and the security code on the back of the card in several emails. We’ll send your emails to the trash once your order is processed.
- If you send us an order form by mail with a check or include your credit card information, your order will be filled and your form destroyed after your order is processed.
- If you call us to order stories and books, you can leave your information on our answer line, and only the President of CF Publications, Steve Richardson, will retrieve that information. Your message will be erased after your order is processed.
